Women’s Pioneer Housing (WPH) identified an opportunity to redevelop their site at Wood Lane, replacing the existing accommodation with larger, higher quality affordable homes and delivering new affordable homes to allow them to help support more women.

WPH partnered with HUB to deliver the co-living element of the proposals led by AHMM Architects. They developed Stage 2 proposals and achieved planning permission.

MRG Studio was appointed to review the landscape design of the consented planning scheme. Upon review of the consented scheme and in coordination with AHMM, MRG Studio revised the landscape layouts and grading to create more usable space on the ground floor, along with minor adjustments to the roof terraces. We have recently issued the landscape package to Tender and look forward to building the scheme.
