We are working with Architects Stiff + Trevillion who are leading design proposals to refurbish, extend and enhance the existing building at Bush House South West Wing, 30 Aldwych.
The proposed works include ground floor façade alterations, a rear extension into the courtyard and a rooftop extension. These will bring opportunities for new landscape amenities to be created and existing ones to be transformed.
The rear extension will re-orient and broaden the range of microclimatic conditions possible in the courtyard. The renovated landscape will make use of these changed conditions to provide new landscape amenities and planting on the ground floor.
Areas on the roofs on the 7th, 9th and new 10th floor will provide new terraces and improve existing amenities for communal tenants use.
